VPN on Every Device: Setup for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux

proxyvpn Blog · ~5 min read

We don't build our own apps — instead we use proven third-party clients for the VLESS/Reality protocol. The connection logic is the same across every platform: get your subscription link and paste it into the app.

The general principle, the same on every platform

  1. Get a plan and grab your subscription link from your account dashboard.
  2. Install the recommended app for your platform.
  3. In the app, choose "Add by link" / "Import from URL" / "Add subscription" and paste the link.
  4. Pick the location you need from the list and connect.

iOS and macOS

We recommend Happ — one interface across both platforms if you use the same Apple ID. FoXray or Streisand are good alternatives.

Android and Android TV

On phones and tablets — the same Happ, or the classic v2rayNG if you need more flexible configuration. On Android TV, Google Play is often unavailable for this category of app — v2rayNG's APK is installed manually.

Windows and Linux

We recommend Hiddify or NekoRay — both support import by link and one-click location switching. A more technical alternative is v2rayN (Windows) or Xray-core via a config file (Linux), if you prefer manual setup.

A full, up-to-date list of apps with direct recommendations for each platform is on the separate "Apps" page — we update it whenever our recommendations change.

If something won't connect

First, check that the app is updated to the latest version — sometimes protocol masking parameters get updated together with the client. If the problem persists, try a different location — that will quickly tell you whether it's the app or the specific node.
