These Terms govern the relationship between Сервис ProxyVPN.uk (the "Provider") and the user of the proxyvpn.uk website (the "User") regarding use of the ProxyVPN VPN service (the "Service"). By paying for a subscription, the User confirms agreement with these Terms.
The Provider grants the User access to the VPN service under the chosen plan: "Trial" (1 day), "Standard" (shared network, locations Switzerland/UK/US/Israel/Russia) or "Individual" (dedicated VPS with its own IP, locations Switzerland/UK/US/Israel/Russia/Canada/Germany/France).
The stated "unlimited number of devices" is defined as a conditional unlimited allowance within a single family (household): in the Provider's expert assessment, simultaneous use within one family corresponds to 30 devices per account. If more devices are needed, the User may contact support — increasing the limit is considered individually on request.
Under the "Standard" and "Individual" plans, the Service blocks connections by default to domains included on the current list of malicious and phishing resources. The list is built from open sources — URLhaus (an abuse.ch project, domains actively distributing malware) and OpenPhish (a feed of active phishing domains) — merged, deduplicated, and automatically updated at least once a day.
Blocking happens at the traffic-routing level: the server identifies the domain a connection is being made to (via the server name in the TLS handshake) and drops it before any page content is transferred, if the domain is on the list. The filter does not analyze traffic content, files, or attachments, and it is not antivirus software in the classic sense.
Filtering is enabled by default for all users. The User may request that it be disabled via their account or support; requests are processed manually, usually within 1–3 hours and no more than 24 hours from the request.
Since the Service provides digital access activated immediately upon payment, refunds for an already-activated, unused portion of a plan are generally not issued. If access was not provided due to the Provider's fault (a technical failure), the User may contact support for a refund or an equivalent extension of the subscription.
The Service is provided "as is". The Provider takes reasonable measures to ensure stable operation (24/7 monitoring, redundant bypass protocols), but does not guarantee uninterrupted VPN operation at all times, since availability may depend on third parties (network providers, regulators). The Provider does not store traffic logs and cannot provide a User's activity history on request — because no such data exists.
The Provider may suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service for a violation of Section 5 of these Terms, without refunding amounts paid for the remaining period.
The Provider may update the text of these Terms. The current version is always available at this address. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes agreement with the new version.
